Support > Ticket Title
With titles, tickets can be further assigned for specific departments, so therefore the problem of the ticket can be described more precisely.
To see the Ticket Title settings, please use the following path:
Settings > Support > Ticket Title
Please note that the settings for the ticket title are controlled from Priantos Admin Panel. If adjustments are necessary from your side, please contact us.
